About the Project

The goal of this massive project was to create display templates and a CMS for resources in Solutions Workspace, Salesforce's single source of content for Solutions Engineers. Project managers, product owners, designers, and developers were involved in this project.

My team undertook a comprehensive approach that began with thorough user research, delving into the needs, preferences, and pain points of our target audience, Solutions Engineers at Salesforce. Employing various research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, we gathered invaluable insights to inform the design process. The subsequent analysis of the collected data provided a solid foundation for developing a nuanced product strategy. This strategy seamlessly integrated user expectations and business objectives, aligning them with the overarching project goals. The UX/UI design was meticulously crafted, ensuring a user-centric experience that not only met but exceeded the identified needs. The synthesis of user research, analysis, and product strategy resulted in a cohesive and intuitive design that enhances user satisfaction and contributes to the overall success of the project.
